RESIDENTIAL PROPANE TANK SIZES, INSTALLATION & DELIVERY

When you call Cota’s Propane, we will help you determine the tank size that best fits your needs based on the square footage of the space you are looking to heat and other anticipated uses such as hot water, drying and cooking. We offer a variety of above ground and underground propane tank sizes to accommodate all of your needs. Below are the more common tanks our customer use.

RESIDENTIAL PROPANE TANK SIZES:

  • 60 GALLON ABOVE GROUND PROPANE TANKS (MINI)
  • 120 GALLON ABOVE GROUND PROPANE TANKS (Q)
  • 325 GALLON ABOVE AND BELOW GROUND PROPANE TANKS
  • 500 GALLON ABOVE AND BELOW GROUND PROPANE TANKS
  • 1000 GALLON ABOVE AND BELOW GROUND PROPANE TANKS

RESIDENTIAL PROPANE BUDGET PROGRAM:

Enroll by July 16th and lock in your RESIDENTIAL PROPANE price. We will honor this price through April 30th of the following year. We calculate your payments based on your projected usage and price allowing you to make ten even monthly payments beginning July 15th. All of our budget payments are due on 15th of every month starting in July and ending in April.

 

RESIDENTIAL PREBUY PROGRAM:

Enroll and pay by July 16th to lock in your RESIDENTIAL PROPANE PREBUY price.  We will estimate your usage and you will pay the entire amount in full.

 

 

Delivery Options:

AUTOMATIC DELIVERY:

The last thing we want is anyone running out of propane. We set you up on an automatic delivery schedule and are there to fill your tank as often as your needs dictate. Every week,  twice a month or monthly.  We understand your needs can change throughout the year and we can schedule accordingly.

WILL CALL DELIVERY REQUESTED:

With will call delivery you are taking all the responsibility into your own hands. You will need to monitor your propane gauge and give the office a 2 week advanced notice of your delivery needs. Propane is delivered Monday thru Friday from 8:00 – 4:30 pm. If your needs fall outside of this schedule there will be a $175.00 surcharge to schedule a driver outside of our normal delivery hours. If you let yourself run out of propane there will be a $100.00 surcharge to relight your pilots, and a $75.00 charge to do a leak check. Customer over the age of 18 must be at home to provide these services. Please call the office for current pricing as the web site is not always up to date.

WILL CALL DELIVERY NOT REQUESTED:

Failure to pay your bill on time can put you on a will call schedule as well as a cash only basis. With will call delivery you are taking all the responsibility into your own hands. You will need to monitor your propane gauge and give the office a 2 week advanced notice of your delivery needs. Propane is delivered Monday thru Friday from 8:00 – 4:30 pm. If your needs fall outside of this schedule there will be a $150.00 surcharge to schedule a driver outside of our normal delivery hours. If you let yourself run out of propane there will be a $100.00 surcharge to relight your pilots.
